At Saacho, we offer a variety of apps and online services. You can access the Service by subscribing to an annual membership. Our model is simple: no extra charges for usage or features; instead, you pay a yearly membership fee that gives you full access.
2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you’re new to Saacho or if we’ve made updates to these Terms, we may ask you to accept them again when you first use the Service or when a change occurs. It’s always a good idea to review these Terms regularly to stay informed.
3. No Guarantees or Warranties
We provide the Service as it is, and while we do our best to ensure everything works smoothly, we can’t guarantee that the Service will meet all of your expectations or perform without interruptions, errors, or bugs. You’re using the Service at your own discretion and risk, and we disclaim any warranties, express or implied, about its performance, reliability, or functionality.
4. Membership and Payment
Our service is not free, but is offered on a post-paid basis. This is because we invest significant time, resources, and effort to continuously provide, maintain, and update the service to ensure the best experience for you. You will be charged NPR. 1 (Nepalese Rupee 1) per day for the duration of your use of the Service, with the total amount due at the end of one year from the date of your initial signup/acceptance. This means that after one year of usage, you will be billed a total of around NPR 365 (Nepali Rupees three hundred and sixty five) for the previous 12 months. For each subsequent year, you will be billed similarly at the end of that year based on your usage for that year, and your membership will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date (end of current billing cycle). You can cancel your membership at any time by informing us throguh email, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle. We offer a variety of payment methods, which you can find on our website. Once paid, all charges are non-refundable for any reason.
5. User Data and Security
To help you get the most out of the Service, we may ask you to provide personal information or certain authentication details, such as passwords or other identifiers. We work hard to keep your data safe with the latest security measures, but please remember that no system can be entirely foolproof. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you are providing this information at your own risk.
6. Third-Party Ads
Our Service may feature advertisements from third parties. While we don’t control the content or data practices of these third parties, we want to be transparent about their presence. By interacting with these ads, you are engaging directly with the third-party service providers. We are not responsible for the practices or consequences of such interactions.

Such actions may be taken at any time, with or without notice, and without the obligation to provide a reason. While we strive to ensure the best experience for all users, we retain the right to take these actions as we deem necessary.
10. Limitation of Liability
We want to provide you with the best experience possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses, or dissatisfaction that may arise from using the Service, including situations where the Service may not meet your expectations or other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to deliver high-quality service, we do not assume liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. We hope that any issues can be worked out amicably, but in the event that a dispute arises, the arbitration process will be used to resolve it in accordance with the applicable laws of The Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal.
