At Saacho, we offer a variety of apps and online services, most of which are free to use. A paid plan is available that removes ads and raises limits. Our model is simple: no recurring charges, no subscription - you pay once for a fixed period of added features.

By using the Service, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms. If you're new to Saacho or if we've made updates to these Terms, we may ask you to accept them again when you first use the Service or when a change occurs. It's always a good idea to review these Terms regularly to stay informed.
3. No Guarantees or Warranties
We provide the Service as it is, and while we do our best to ensure everything works smoothly, we can't guarantee that the Service will meet all of your expectations or perform without interruptions, errors, or bugs. You're using the Service at your own discretion and risk, and we disclaim any warranties, express or implied, about its performance, reliability, or functionality.
4. Membership and Payment
Most of our apps and services are free to use and supported by advertising. A separate Saacho Plan is optional and removes ads and raises limits; it is a one-time purchase and is never required to use the core Service. The Saacho Plan is billed in Nepali Rupees (NPR) at the applicable published rate for the duration you select, and each purchase applies from when it is paid. Because it is a one-time purchase, it does not automatically renew, and you are never charged again unless you choose to buy another plan. Once a plan purchase is confirmed, that charge is non-refundable except where required by law.
5. User Data and Security
To help you get the most out of the Service, you provide personal information and create a personal drawn pattern to sign in - no passwords that can be typed or stolen. You can add an email address to your profile later, which helps us reach you about your account and assists you if you ever forget your pattern. If you do forget your pattern, you may submit a recovery request to us and we will work to help you regain access to your account. We work hard to keep your data safe with the latest security measures, but please remember that no system can be entirely foolproof. By using our Service, you acknowledge that you are providing this information at your own risk.
6. Third-Party Ads
Our Service may feature advertisements from third parties. While we don't control the content or data practices of these third parties, we want to be transparent about their presence. By interacting with these ads, you are engaging directly with the third-party service providers. We are not responsible for the practices or consequences of such interactions.

If you have purchased a Saacho Plan, you can stop using it at any time; because it is a one-time purchase, the added features remain for the period you paid for. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service or any part of it at our discretion, including but not limited to situations where we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in harmful activities, or for the protection of your account or others. Such actions may be taken at any time, with or without notice, and without the obligation to provide a reason. While we strive to ensure the best experience for all users, we retain the right to take these actions as we deem necessary.
10. Limitation of Liability
We want to provide you with the best experience possible. However, we cannot be held responsible for any damages, losses, or dissatisfaction that may arise from using the Service, including situations where the Service may not meet your expectations or other unforeseen circumstances. While we strive to deliver high-quality service, we do not assume liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
