Drug Safety Checker
Search a drug to read its official FDA label in full: boxed warnings, contraindications, drug interaction tables, side effects, forms and strengths, pregnancy and older-adult guidance, and any current shortage. Free, and nothing you type is stored.

What this does and does not do. This page reproduces the manufacturer's label, as published to the FDA and served by openFDA. It is not a drug-interaction checker: it cannot see what else you take, and it will not tell you whether a specific pair is dangerous for you. The NIH interaction service was retired in January 2024, so no free service does that job — only a pharmacist or your prescriber can.
These are US labels. openFDA indexes FDA-approved labelling. A medicine used in Nepal may have no US label at all, and where one exists it is the US-approved text, not the local product's. For anything you are actually taking, follow your own pharmacy's label and your prescriber's advice.
