Run by the Government of Nepal at the Mental Hospital, Lagankhel. You can call about suicidal thoughts, depression, anxiety, panic, or anything that feels too heavy. Trained counselors answer around the clock, in Nepali, and the call is confidential. It is free when you call from a Nepal Telecom number.

For children and young people who are in danger, being hurt, bullied, neglected, or simply not feeling okay. Someone answers any time and will help you find safety and support. Adults can also call on behalf of a child.
