The Nepal Ayurveda Medical Council (NAMC) conducts the NAMCLE licensing examination for graduates who have completed the Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) along with the required internship. Passing allows graduates to register and practise Ayurvedic medicine in Nepal. The council has not yet published a confirmed exam format, including the number of questions or duration. The practice-format default is 100 questions over two hours.
